Overview

Webuify is a collection of free online tools designed to run entirely in your web browser. We built this platform with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

What Data We Collect

We collect as little data as possible to keep the site running smoothly.

• Analytics data: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes anonymized page views, approximate geographic region, browser type, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• Contact form submissions: If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. This data is processed through Formspree and is used only to respond to your inquiry.

What We Do Not Collect

This is the more important list.

• Tool inputs and outputs: Every tool on Webuify runs locally in your browser. The passwords you generate, the text you process, and any other tool output never leaves your device. We have no access to it, and we do not store it.
• Personal profiles: We do not require sign-ups or accounts. There are no user profiles, no login credentials stored, and no tracking of individual users across sessions.
• Third-party advertising data: We do not run ads. We do not share data with advertising networks. We do not participate in any data brokerage.

Cookies

Webuify uses minimal cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies that follow you across the web. Vercel Analytics uses privacy-friendly, cookieless tracking that does not identify individual visitors.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to keep the site running:

• Vercel: Hosts the website and provides anonymized analytics. Their privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Formspree: Processes contact form submissions. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for as long as Vercel provides it through their dashboard, typically up to 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, after which they are deleted. Since our tools run locally in your browser, there is no tool-related data for us to retain.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to any personal data we may hold about you, request its deletion, or ask us to stop processing it. Since we collect almost no personal data, there is usually very little to act on. If you have submitted a contact form and want your information removed, email us at impeccify@gmail.com and we will handle it promptly.

Children

Webuify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please reach out to us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
